Yes, PETOK PRODUCTIONS was founded by Pembe Tokluhan, a backstage creative and production professional with over 10 years of experience across live events, theatre, touring and festivals.

After experiencing the lack of visibility, representation and accessible pathways within backstage industries firsthand, PETOK was created to help build more supportive spaces, stronger networks and more opportunities for Women, Trans and Non-binary backstage professionals globally.

What started as a vision to connect people and create change is now growing into an international community built by the community, for the community.

Support helps PETOK continue building a global community creating more visibility, opportunities and connection for Women, Trans and Non-binary backstage professionals. Funding supports platform growth, workshops, events, outreach, community development and the team behind the scenes helping keep the space running.
